Types of Dubai Work visa

Eligibility Conditions

You and your company must meet certain eligibility requirements before receiving your work permit. These are some of them:

Legal age limit to work in Dubai

According to Dubai Labor Laws, the Legal age limit to work in Dubai is 18-60 years. However, there are some exceptions:

• If an employee who has an annual work permit from MOHRE can continue working till 65 years

• Employees can work till age 60 if they have a mutual agreement with the company.
